Spring brings the fight for justice. “Spring Instinct” features the spring beast—fierce, untamed, and unstoppable. She battles a multi-headed creature, representing oppressive systems of greed, hate, and control. Set in a vibrant spring field, the artwork is filled with symbols of resistance: poppies for freedom, carnelian for revolution, wildflowers in the transgender flag colors, and blue-yellow violets for peace. This piece invites you to stand up, resist, and remember that the fight for equality and justice is never over. It’s a celebration of those who rise against oppressive forces, fueling the revolution. This poster was created for the 2025 Spring Open Studio event, bringing together art, resistance, and the courage to stand up for what’s right.
